Refurb/Recon Tech/Sales
Diagnose and Repair Computers, Phones, and Tablets. Sell Online and Through Social Media.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows and macOS repair
- Familiarity with phone and tablet repair (iOS/Android)
- Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to identify customers needs and modify units on their wants/needs.
Ink/Toner/Printer Sales Associate
Help customers find the right products, process orders for Ink, Toner, and Printers.
Requirements
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Printers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable Building Commerical Relationships.
Front Desk
Be the first point of contact for our customers — greet walk-ins, answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Experience in a front-facing customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling tools
Commercial Relationship and Sales
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, identify I.T. service opportunities, and drive commercial account growth for Dergham I.T.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of I.T. services, hardware, and supply solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to help Customers grow their business with our products.
Non-Profit and Educational Sales
Develop and manage sales relationships with non-profit organizations and educational institutions, helping them access the technology and supplies they need at the right price.
Requirements
- Experience working with or selling to non-profits or educational institutions
- Ability to understand what customer needs save them money to spend in other budgets.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Passion for community impact and mission-driven organizations
